Areas, not a complete model
Fourteen ground-floor and two basement polygons are saved. There are no rent spaces, vendors or assignments in the database.
Site plan · working prototype
The existing CTM-Spaces plan and its saved overlays, together with a first look at the seven new CAD drawings.
01 · Extracted from CTM-Spaces
The architect’s site plan is the base. CTM-Spaces places image-coordinate polygons over the right-hand side of the market.

The code uses three conflicting calibration values. The geometry aligns; the stored square-metre figures are not yet trustworthy.
From traders’ market, warehouse and truck stop to cold rooms, loading fingers, roads and parking.
02 · New CAD package
A browser cannot draw DWG natively. These cards use the preview embedded in each DWG; the source files stay outside the public web directory.
The AutoCAD 2018 files can be read, but text, hatches, images and some curves disappear. The next reliable step is an architect-exported vector PDF or cleaned SVG for each paperspace layout.
03 · Implementation structure
CAD is the reference geometry. Operating data belongs in stable, named records displayed as layers over that geometry.
DWG stays private. A reviewed PDF/SVG and small WebP preview are generated once and visually checked against the architect’s source.
Important spaces become clean polygons with stable IDs, such as HALL-A-017, instead of timestamp names.
Tenant, category, tonnes/m², rand/m², power and GridView data reference the geometry ID—never an image pixel position as a business rule.
